A GRANDPARENTING STUDY CURRICULUM FOR SMALL GROUPS
Welcome to the Equipping Intentional Grandparents small group study curriculum website. We have developed tools to equip you to host or participate in small groups to learn how to intentionally grandparent your grandchildren.
There are two prerequisites to use of this material. The first is to complete the Grandparenting Matters course from Legacy Coalition. The second is your personal commitment to being intentional in passing on your faith legacy to your grandchildren.
The study curriculum has been derived and packaged from presentations originally made on Grand Monday Nights.
It is comprised of presentation videos and workbooks that are intended to work together. Participant workbooks are fill in the blanks style to help you note key concepts as you watch the video presentation. Facilitator workbooks have the key concepts from the video already printed in the book. Learning episodes are divided in two parts to break up the presentation. Each part has stimulating discussion questions to help you further consider the teaching.
Except for workbook volumes purchased in booklet or Kindle ebook form from Amazon.com and videos on DVD, all of the curriculum is provided free of charge on this website. Videos can be streamed in full screen and mirrored from a computer to a large TV monitor for group viewing. Alternatively, the videos can be downloaded to a local computer and played using a video player application program.
Study guides for each session in a volume are downloadable in PDF form. These can be viewed directly on computers, tablet computers, and smart phones. Of course, print as many copies as you want if you prefer a paper version.
